what does it mean the LOR was Not Uploaded to the PostOffice? whats the post office..i sent them the LORs and recently i finalized them..what does that mean?

it means exactly that - they havent uploaded them so they are not available for viewing for programs to download. for me, it as taken about 1-2 weeks from them receiving the letters before they have been made uploaded.
