Am I able to submit letters after I submit my primary application? I need to submit my application today to be eligible for the fee assistance program, but do not have my letters ready yet.

In the FAQ, I believe it says I am able to edit request, but it doesn't say I can add request. The whole thing is a little confusing to me.

Should I put request there as place holders, as in:
Name: Letter 1
email: [email protected]
etc, and then change the information when I have the letters ready?

Or should I keep it blank, submit the application, and then add the letters. Of course, this requires me to be able to add letters after submission, which I am not sure if I am able to.

According to their FAQ, yes.
The story is a little complicated now since no one can prove that their letter service is working.

What did you find out? Were you able to add a letter request after you submitted?
