I've been out of school and working full time for four years now. It will be hard for me to get LORs from my past professors because I didn't know them very well. Do you think the schools can accept letters from employers? I will be applying this year. Any suggestion?
Thanks.

Your best bet is to call / email a couple of schools and ask... they'll have the most accurate information for your situation

I had a similar situation so I made an appointment with my Genetics professor, who I did not know well, and told her my situation at that time. I gave her my portfolio and told her about my research and she was able to write a good letter for me. I had other letters already though, just not a second "science professor" letter.

Thank you both your advice!!!
