I'm on 25mg abilify, 25 mg topamax (tittrating down) and 50 mg lamictal (titrating up)... And I get breakthrough psychosis. What else can I do tp tweak my cocktail? And I've been having tremors form my fac and neck extending the my extremities, bilaterally. Biperiden is slloooowww acting and has a short halflife, so its effects will be gone in a matter of hours. Artane and cogentin aren't available where I live, those are out of the question.
What can I try for my pyschosis? Increase the dose? Or augment with reisperdal? and what do I do about the tremors?!
