Hello,

I am interested in attending Pacific University but had a couple of questions about the pharmacy program. I would appreciate all responses. Thank you!!

1. How is the class schedule? The course calendar lists that class lasts from 8AM - 5PM. Is this accurate? Is it a lecture the entire time and does this get awfully tedious? How do exams fit in with this schedule?

2. How do the end of the year exams work? Are these exceedingly difficult and how does the average student prepare for them? On average, how many students fail these and the exams after class? What remediation options are available?

3. I would love additional information on the summer rotations and on the work that is done at a pharmacy location during the school year. Are the sites local? Does the school set the students up with a site?

4. I understand that classes are scheduled year-round. When are the breaks and how long do they last?

5. Lastly, about how many students plan on completing a residency following graduation? Does the school prepare and provide students with information on how to apply to residency programs?

I know that there are a lot of questions and I will probably come up with a lot more! I really appreciate any insight.

Thank you.

So why don't you just contact the university and ask them.

I did not just contact the school because I wanted a student's perspective!
