Hm. Sounds like a homework question! And I hate to be mean, but some of the answers are fairly obvious, if you look up their definitions. For instance, look up conversion disorder, or dissociative disorder. Once you have those two questions answered, consider what the common-sense answers might be to others...

the followings are my answer:

3. forgot she has beaten her baby - dissociation
4. complain of bilateral arm pain - conversion

but i don't really understand the difference between 1 and 2 and not sure about the answers
