so I have two questions:

1. Do I prompt my schools to send the transcripts AFTER I submit my application? Or am I allowed to send the transcripts beforehand and my application will be updated to reflect that action before submitting it?

2. About the transcript matching form... what did you guys do for this? I have no idea if the 3 schools I attend will do this for me since everything automated online... what did most people do for this part?

Go ahead and tell your schools to send your transcripts to AADSAS NOW. You can go ahead and e-submit your application, but your GPA won't be verified until AADSAS receives your transcripts, which at this point will take a few weeks. Log onto your application and print the transcript matching form for each school, and let the Registrar at each of your schools know to include that matching form with the transcript when they send it to AADSAS.

I am back at home now so it is impossible for me to personally give them the form.

what should i do then, should I mail it to them? or should I just sign the pdf files and email it to them

Print out the transcript matching form (fill out the material on there that you need to) as well as a transcript request form from your University's Registrar website, and mail those two forms to your Registrar. That's what I had to do. I also included a letter stating to make sure they include the Transcript Request Form with the official transcript that they send to AADSAS, just to avoid any confusion.

Try e-mailing the registrar the transcript request and AADSAS matching forms. That's what I did and it saves a few days. Good luck!
