Does USC have only essay and PBL? How long the essay have to be and how much time do they give? How in depth are the essay topics?

How long is PBL session?

Also, is staying in Vagabond Inn safe?

Thanks!!!

anyone???
two threads on the same subject and still no replies...where is everyone???

it's realllllly relaxed so don't freak out.

they should've sent you a schedule of the day and you could've answered half of your own questions...

pbl = 1 hour. writing sample = 15 min. given that it's 15 minutes, how in-depth do you think it really is? not that in-depth.

i don't know about vagabond.

the end.

Yes... It is only a block or two away from campus. Like everything in this area however, that generally means don't walk alone late at night (like any other big city!).

It is no less safe than the more expensive hotel a couple blocks away or where a majority of all USC students live.

I stayed at the Vagabond Inn earlier this year for my interview. I didn't go anywhere after 7pm the night before the interview, not because I was afraid of any "real" danger but wanted to be safe than sorry. Just like Hysteria said, don't walk around late at night around USC campus by yourself.
I wouldn't even worry about the interview, the whole day was so relaxxxxxxxxxed.

I have a question about first year housing! I am curious to know where D1 students live? I asked one of the seniors during interview and he mentioned that he lives close to down-town? Since down-town is not that safe I wonder what other places USC dental students live? Is there any school website that you can leave your information to find the roommate?
