Your school teacher really said they had to be board-CERTIFIED to be valid???

Some doctors in specialties are board-eligible but simply haven't taken the boards yet - they are only offered every two years in neonatology. Others may have completed all training and not be board eligible due to issues of foreign residency training. Also, the pass rate for neo boards used to be 50% for first time takers so a few folks had to take them more than once. The pass rate is higher now (?80% I think), but it's still possible to need to take them more than once.

They are all still neonatologists.

Yea it can be just a neonatologist they dont have to be certified. Do you know where I can find some of this information? I have been to one good site http://neonatology.org/. I need to find this information:
Educational Requirments
What unique skills does this profession learn?
Explain the state board exam application process, cost of the exam and sucess rate in North Dakota.
Explain continuing education requirments for thr profession in North Dakota.
What is the job outlook for this profession locally, reionally, and nationally during the next year, five and ten years?
Thanx Courtny
