Hi, I am currently in my last year of undergrad and I have an assignment in my English writing class where I have to interview someone in the field I am interested in (in my case, an optometrist) about various writing conventions, work environments, and communication in the field of optometry. I figured the best way to find someone willing to answer my questions would be here -- I am not going to post the questions here, but if you are interested please PM me and I will PM you or e-mail you the questions. Some of them may seem silly, but I did not make up the questions. Please help me, someone, because this assignment was just given to me today and I have less than a week to
conduct the interview via e-mail AND write the paper. Thank you very much in advance!

it would be more effective to actually GO to an ODs office to study the work enviorment yourself. Be interviewing in person you could actually make some contacts if this is your true future interest.

Thanks for the tip, but I just don't have the time to do it with the timeframe that the assignment was given.
