I thought it'd be helpful if people could post difficult/detailed/interesting questions from their Step II CK Exam?

Posting specific questions is not a good idea. It's better to ask for more general guidelines and advice. For example, which were the major disciplines tested (ie GYNE, Peds, Cardio, etc)? What topics within those section were important? I.e vaginal bleeding, murmurs, etc. You should be able to get more responses this way.

asking for more = trouble for the poster from the nbme? they do monitor these boards and posting specific questions and details can be classified as "Irregular Behavior" and can invalidate your step scores and prohibit you from ever taking them again I believe.
