Questions regarding designating LOR in ERAS (EM Specific)

How do you designate the LoR Author Title/Name for the SLOR for EM in ERAS?

Also, is it possible to add new LoRs later on (I already have 4, but I may as for some letters at an away I am doing in October if I can get them in time).
