Questions Regarding Supplemental's?

1. Do some supplemental's consist of just paying the supplemental fee?

I have used the ADEA site list for supplemental's but am unsure of its accuracy since it states that all 3 TX schools have supplemental's when its actually just one of them.

Yep - some schools just require a supplemental fee. Others require a fee + questionnaire. Others require fee + essays. It differs for each school.
