Hey guys, need some help here.
If given the following results, how do you interpret them and write them down for an exam? I know what these results indicate, but how do I put them on paper?

a) FEV1: 2.3 and FVC 2.5. Predicted values were 3.05 and 3.7 respectively.

b) ABG: pH 7.28, pO2 50, pCO2 65, Bicarb 26, Base 7.06, O2 saturation 76%

Some other questions:
a) A 4 year old child, with dehydration of 10%, presenting weight was 9.1kg.
What is the initial weight?

b) 50 year old male with malaise, BP 190/90, investigations show an increase in potassium, urea and creatinine, but decreased hemoglobin. What is the likely diagnosis? (Hypertension? But why is hemoglobin low?)

c) Primigravida with last menstrual period of 14th of April 2002. How do you calculate date of amenorrhea?

d) A 40 year old female with low grade fever and right upper quadrant pain is treated conservatively in the hospital. What are the complications of treating only conservatively?

Thanks guys

No offense, Mr. Sean, but you can surely do your own homework.

If I knew how to do it and could find the answers online or in a book, I wouldn't have posted it here, unless of course, you didn't know the answers to yourself?
