I took 23 credits at a university prior to transferring to another. None of the classes were science. I entered the overall and non-science GPA, but put n/a for the science GPA. Is this right? The instructions say a science GPA must be entered if an overall GPA is entered. Last ? before app. is sent out. Please help

I imagine you would just enter non-science since overall implies a combined science and non-science GPA. I would put N/A for overall too so you would have two N/A areas and just have to fill in the non-science GPA. That is just a guess though. I have a question, have you repeated any non pre-requisite classes? I'm trying to figure out what you do with repeated classes of the non pre-req type.

I ended up putting n/a for science and the overall and non-science GPA in. I have never repeated any classes, so I'm not sure what to put in. If I was in that situation, I think I would calculate both grades in my GPA even at the expense of lowering it a bit. Personally, I think I would rather find myself being conservative and explaining the circumstances, than have one of the schools view the application to be in any way deceptive. If I was you, I think I would call the school that you are interested in and ask them. Everyone I have ever talked to has been very friendly and helpful. Better to get it from the horses mouth. Good Luck

I know it gets annoying hearing this, but you can call pod schools and see what they say about it. But then again, I don't think this will help much, because some pod schools may say average them out, while others might say put the highest grade. However, the it's the same one application set to all schools, so you really can't do both.

If it's a non-pre req class, I don't think the pod schools care too much about it. I think you should enter it the way your undergrad school does it. When you retook the class, did they take your highest grade or average them together? I guess that'll be the best way to put your grade.
