Quick Application Question

On the application there is a question that says " Have you ever applied to dental school prior to the present application cycle?" Then it says if yes, list the schools. I applied last cycle, but my application was never complete. Should I say "yes" and then write "Applied last cycle, however, my application was not complete." or just say "no"

Also, if I put yes, I can't remember all of the schools that I applied to last cycle, anyone have any thoughts?
