Scenario: Let's say you apply first week in June with MCAT pending and thus only apply to one school because you do not know your MCAT score. If you get your score back in July, and you do well and you want to add more schools, do the schools you add still consider you early since your application was complete in June? Or do they consider you in a later batch of applicants because you added the school name in July? Thanks for the help!

Most schools will not consider your application until your application is complete, meaning when they have your AMCAS app, secondary app, MCAT, and LORs. The benefit of submitting AMCAS as early as possible is that it takes time to process and confirm your transcript/grades, and the later you submit AMCAS the longer that processing time becomes due to the number of applications being submitted. Schools send secondaries out around the end of June through July, so if your MCAT score is in by then you should be in great shape.
