Max permissible dose of lido with vasoconstrictor 7mg/kg

Max permissible dose of lido without vasoconstrictor 4.4mg/kg .I guess this should be true for cardiac patients as well.

Correct me if i am wrong..

For cardiac patients epi is the limiting factor. Max epi = 0.04mg. a 1:100k solution has 0.01mg per mL. So roughly two 1.8mL carps will be max.
