Real quick, what if some of your activities were once a month or less frequently than every week. How does one answer the question, "how many hours per week." ?

Im sure this has been asked before but I am at work working on this section right now.

put the average, or "1" as a minimum.

I averaged mine out. So if it was 2 hours/week, twice monthly, I just put 1 hr/wk. I'd just estimate... I don't think it's that important. If it is an important activity for you, you'll probably write about it in a secondary or something anyway.
