Tonight I was going to enter in my physical therapist reference and get that email sent out. I came to somewhat of a difficult decision, and wanted to know what others have done in this situation. I'm getting two references from two PTs, one with a MPT and one with a DPT. The problem came when I was selecting a title for the DPT reference, is it appropriate to select "Dr." due to the doctorate degree? I was a bit unsure, so I thought some feedback would help. I would have left it blank but it's required. I'm leaning toward, yes to "Dr." Thanks for your responses.

Yeah DPT is doctor of physical therapy...even though most PT's don't go around calling themselves Dr. Smith or Dr. Jones that's the appropriate title.

I guess I'll just post in here since it seems to be the most relevant thread for my question. Ive posted this to fb and twitter but no response for three days.

I sent my hours to one of my PT's for verification. She didn't receive the email and made sure to check the junk mail also. However, she told me her sever at work has been having problems and said I could use a different email. How do I go about this change in PTCAS? Do I delete my old reference and start a new one? It wont let me edit and save the new email address the PT provided for me. Anyone else run into this?

Thanks!

Start the new letter request first. Make sure it was received and then delete old one.
