touch receptors are most numerous in the mucosa of
uvula
hard palate
attached gingiva
tip of tongue
buccal/lingual vestibule

all i know is that filiform papillae (ant 2/3 of tongue) which are the most numerous can contain touch receptors.

touch receptors are mechanoreceptors so maybe u can search on the net for that and see what u come up with- maybe even search for merkel cells, pascinian corpuscles etc. (i think merkel cell is the predominant one in the oral mucosa).
