hi, i signed up for the qreview and i want to get started with the gbank/IV and i need to complete the enrollment agreement. perhaps im just not paying attention, but where do you complete this agreement? i dont see any sort of link for it online. the only link i see is for the information about the enrollment agreement and when i click on this, it doesnt tell me how to complete it! thanks!
