I was just wondering of what you major/minor in really matters when applying to Opt School?
What if someone where to have a minor in Bus Administration?

Quick answer: No.

Longer answer: So long as you complete the prereqs and have the grades, you could technically major in Underwater Basket Weaving and get in. (Very interesting major, by the way. 😉 )

A minor in Business Administration would actually be very smart because many optometry schools don't spend a lot of time on the business aspects of optometry, which could conceivably make or break a doctor in the real world. The bottom line is major/minor in whatever interests you, and make sure you do well in your major classes and prereqs.
