Somebody mentioned in another thread that if you don't have any publications, for example, or having no honors in medical school that the section will not be listed at all. How can I do that so that there is not a big empty "publication" section with NONE in CAF? It just looks so sad...🙁

Thanks in advance!

Applicants don't have any control over how the CAF appears to programs. Not everyone has honors, publications, or work experience. It's OK. If your scores, letters and grades are all good, you'll still get plenty of interview invitations.

Not everyone is research prone. If you are- look at it as a way to expand in your residency and ask about it during your interviews. Ex. "What are your research requirements, I'd like to get involved..."

Chin up, g'luck!
