I just wanted to make sure I'm doing this right. Here is the grading conversion chart from AACOMAS website.
A 4.0 A- 3.7 B+ 3.3 B 3.0 B- 2.7 C+ 2.3 C 2.0 C- 1.7 D+ 1.3 D 1.0 D- 0.7 F0.0

If I got 3.1 in Chemistry and 3.2 in Music do I convert it to B or B+. So far I have been putting B for classes, but i'm not sure if this is right. How did everyone else do it ???

Are you talking overall you got a 3.X or your school values end of semester grades as 3.X, etc? The number corresponds to the grade A, B, C, etc you got in the course. If you aren't sure, give AACOMAS a quick call or check the application handbook again. If you misenter, they will correct it. Sorry if this isn't much help but I can't tell from your post if you have a 3.1 overall or just for that class.

I got 3.1 in General Chemistry 142 class. So I am not sure if I should label it as B or B+. Thanks a lot.

It makes no difference AACOMAS will correct it. I would personally put it in as a B. Don't fret over this. Fill out to the best of your ablities and it will be corrected if any mistakes were made.

Actual Grade:
Record the grade as it actually appears on your
official transcript. This can be a numeric grade or a letter grade,
with or without a plus or minus sign.
If narrative evaluations are used in your system in lieu of
grades, leave the AACOMAS Grade column of the Academic
Record blank or list "P" if pass credit was awarded. Copies of
narrative evaluations will be forwarded to your designated
colleges.

From the http://aacomas.AACOM.org home page, "Q: When will my GPA be calculated?

A: Your GPA will not be calculated until after your application is verified (3-6 weeks after the completion date). "

Grading systems keep getting stranger, and stranger...
where are you going to school that gives you a 3.1 in one class?
