Quick Question about LOR

I was wondering can I put my research head as a science letter of rec. That has been my plan the whole time because I have been a part of research under her for over 600 hrs (noncredit) and then this past semester did it for credit, where I received a grade. Does that work or not?

Since you did it for credit also some schools may let that fly. Id call schools up and confirm
