Quick question about primary/secondary

So I get my MCAT score back next tuesday. I will submit my primary then, since I know my score and what schools to then spend money to apply to. As for the letters of recommendation, I will not have them online till two weeks after that. When I assign my recommendation letters to the schools I am doing secondaries for, do I have to re-verify and wait weeks again? Let me know, really appreciate it. If so, I will get on my recommenders to make sure they are in ASAP.
