Quick question about REPAYE

Does anyone know what day of the month the government pays its half of the accumulated interest for REPAYE?

It's my understanding that most loan servicers apply the borrower subsidy at the end of the month. But, the feds don't actually release the funds to the loan servicer until the end of the quarter. Why do you ask?
