Quick question about step 1 test format

It says on the usmle website that step 1 "is constructed from an integrated content outline..."

does this mean that all of the 7 blocks is going to be pretty much the same, in that each block will cover all the subjects covered in the usmle. or is the test written in a way where each block is segregated into subjects w/ one block emphasizing one subject (ie, biochem)?

Each block is going to be assembled randomly, in no way should you expect something resembling order. I've heard that sometimes you can get more or less identical exam as other students on the same day though which is kind of weird.
