When they say one should drape a patient what does that mean? I mean when do you do it? I always thought draping was done before the physical exam, not the before the history taking.
The reason I am asking is because I am expecting my CS score next week and I am afraid I failed. I never draped before the interview but before the physical exam.

I think this is something old. All my patients were draped when I walked into the room.

However, when pulling up the gown for an abdominal exam you should try to keep there lower half covered during the entire exam. That is the old time I had to mess with the drape.

Really? I was wondering why most of my patients were draped except one. Thanks for your response
