Schools generally don't release specific stats. If you are applying without a BS in nursing (i.e. Direct-Entry), your best bet is to shoot for 3.5+. I suspect that these schools are highly competitive (especially UCSF) and many people are going into psych. Obviously GPA is just a part of the equation, and applicants' psych experience will matter as well. I went to school with a handful of direct-entry PMHNP students, and although they have no experience as a RN, they all had pretty strong experience working with or researching this population.
