Quick question regarding US residence info

I received a permanent residence card (green card) two years ago and am a citizen of China. What should I fill out for the Non-US citizen information's City and Country of Visa issue?
Should I fill in blank?

you can enter that you are a permanent resident, but a citizen of China

Dont they have a choice for permanent resident(green card)?
