hi guys i hv a quick question for u all gurus. i hv a NDBE score 0f 84 toefl 267 and a GPA of 3.9. i am in process of getting my green card soon. can u guys let me know wht r my options and wht schools can i apply. waiting for early replies thanks.

Hi fulldenture
You have a great GPA and good toefl score. You definitely have a good chance but for the NDBE part 1. Because i feel that you need to improve on it before you apply. That is one of the important thing they consider and i got an admission this year it was difficult to compete with others as they had scores like 90, 92 .... . They told us in the interview that they had applicants scored above 90 so its better to have that score. I had 89 part 1.
This was my experience.
BUt may be listen to what others say and then decide.good luck

hey fulldenture,
u havea great gpa. the saddest thing here is nothing else is considered except part1. i got a 87 in part1 and gpa3.61 and toefl 293.
i learnt it the hard way. got in at nyu for 2004 but was too expensive for me so didnt take but other wise my experience is tht atleast 90+is required to get admission in the school of ur choice. i am taking my part1 again. good thing is u r getting ur green card tht will let u apply to a few more schools like university of detroit mercy etc. and make life easy for whn u have to get loans. my advice tou dont take a chance on ur part1 score . try to give it again if u can
