Do all lysosomal storage diseases present with Hepatosplenomegaly?...Just curious

No, I don't believe so. I am 5 days post test so my memory is quickly fading. But, in my head I differentiated Nieman-picks and tay-sachs with N-P having hepatosplenomegaly and Tay-sachs less likely to have it.

haha thats what I've been going with too...alright well my test is on friday so lets see if that holds up.
