i just wanted to know this: what does IU mean? like IU/ml? what does that unit stand for?

IU--International units, and it is used as a measurement for drugs and vitamins (Vit E is typically measured in IUs... .).

you can convert IU to mg, but its gets kind of confusing depending on the drug/vitamin you are converting.
