Quick Secondaries Opening Question

Hi all,

Does the "Secondary application can be submitted" date on the MSAR give the date the secondary is sent out or is it sent out before that, but that's the earliest it can be submitted? I wanted to double check, because I was verified June 16th, but haven't received any secondaries yet.

The schools don't get the application till July 1st. That is when you can expect secondaries to start coming in.
