The answer is b) Mycoplasma pneumonia

This patient presented with Stevens-Johnson syndrome in the context of atypical pneumonia. Mycoplasma pneumonia is known to be associated with multiple extra-pulmonary manifestations, though the immunologic link has not been elucidated. Other manifestations include hemolysis, otitis media, and CNS involvement.
