Anyone else thinks there's a fault in this question?
NaOMe is both strong nucleophile/base, so it could favor both SN2/E2.
What separates SN2 and E2 would be the orbitals, and the molecule is secondary carbon!
This would mean that E2 would be favored, yet the answer says SN2.

Yeah in my opinion its elimination for sure because it's a bulky base.
