What kind of method do you usually use for the RC section?
First test, I read each paragraph to answer each queastion, but questions usually are not in order. Second test, I went through all reading(took 10 min) then try to answer, but same result.

i don't know if this applies to everyone but what i realized is that my reading interpretation and speed in the morning vs night is much different. If this applies to you I would practice routinely waking up (especially if your DAT is at 8AM) and work on reading some science journals early in the AM to get your mind warmed up. As for tricks... I think everyone is different when it comes to this and remember some passages can be straight S&D and others will require real interpretation. Stay disciplined and you'll be fine. Best of luck !

As you're reading, I found it helpful to highlight important things like weird words, numbers, dates, names, etc. because they tend to be questions about the passage.

As far as reading the actual passage, I found it helpful to skip immediately to the split-screen view so you can see the first question as you're reading the passage. If the answer isn't found within the first 2-3 paragraphs, mark it, and move on. On my DAT, for the most part, all of my questions were in order whereas on bootcamp they tended to jump around a lot.

I agree with the post above:

Depending on when you're exam is scheduled, you may find it helpful to complete practice exams in the same window as your DAT especially the weeks leading up to the DAT. This way your brain becomes acclimated to focusing during these specific hours.
