R spots in ERAS

I've been looking at R physician only spots in ERAS. Some specialties only have 2 spots listed at this time. Will other programs add more before it's time to apply?

I'm not sure what you're looking at. I don't believe I've even registered my spots for the 2017 match yet. My 2016 interns haven't started orientation yet. It's way too early to be looking at ERAS 2017.
