radiology and step 1

I am wondering if anyone is using a radiology text or other resource to study for step 1. If yes, would you recommend it?

don't worry so much about it. the questions are either very obvious. show an x-ray with pnemonia and then ask what organism caused it in a vignette but you don't really need the x-ray.

OR

impossible and not in any basic text book you would review for step 1.

If you want a basic refresher, the section in Boards and Wards Step 2 is pretty decent.

All of my radiology images (CT's, MRI's) asked anatomy questions except one neuro MRI that asked a physiology question. The point? Know your anatomy.

I don't think so. Most of the questions were pretty general if I remember correctly.
