Radiology permit in Florida

Does anyone know how to get radiology permit in Florida if you have to work as a dental assistant or hygienist with some licensed dentist?
What's the procedure to get that x ray license or radiology permit?
Kindly please guide.

There is a class of like 2 or 3 days I took at Nova southeastern university in ft Lauderdale for X-rays license and expanded duties certificate...with that u send it to Tallahassee and get the license. It was about $800 about 5 years ago .. I'm not sure.. but you need a paper signed by a licensed dentist saying that u have been taking X-rays under his supervision for "x" amount of time.. the university will provide the form ... if u know any dentist that wants to hire u as an assistant, they can probably help u and sign it for u, then u can pay and take the class.. that's how I did it.. I don't know if there is other way to do it.
By the way.. there are some places that won't request this certifications... if they know that you are dentist already, some managers hire u in a heartbeat.
Call NSU I think to the continuing education department and ask...
