Rallying for MD/Ph.D. MSTP secondaries

Hey guys,
I am applying to quite a number of MSTP and MDPHD programs. I am planning on prewriting for secondaries now and info for MSTP specific secondaries from last cycle are lacking here on SDN. So I wanted to ask you good folks that are soon to be double docs to help me (and possibly everyone else) by providing us with the MSTP specific secondaries.

I was led to believe we complete the normal MD secondaries but just recently learned that we have separate secondaries.

Any info provided will immensely help!!

Also, please indicate if the prompts are in addition to the MD prompts or just stand alone

Usually you'll fill out a MD secondary and then some additional MD/PhD essays. Last year I looked at the previous years school specific threads to get prompts from the year before. About 90% of them were the same for me so prewriting was pretty straightforward.
