Hi everyone.

Our Pathology professor ended our class today (early!) with a plea for us to do some random acts of kindness.

So here goes mine...

For those of you struggling out there.....
whether in school
or in a relationship
or with family
or money
or friends
or with the loss of a loved one (4 or 2 legged - or any other variation)

Know that you are not alone.... that our little community is here to support you.

Never hesitate to reach out for help and support, if not in a post then send someone a PM. A lot of the people on here are really great (even the grumpy old men).

Hang in there strangers.

And Good luck in all.
