The deadline for candidates to submit their rank list is on Feb 21, 2002.

Is the deadline for programs to submit their rank lists on the 21st also or is it later?

Feb 21 for both applicants and programs. However, many have already submitted or will submit by the end of this coming weekend. Some also have early deadlines to submit the final rank list to RRC/GME committee of the hospital.
