It depends on where you want to live. All of them are excellent programs . UTMB is going through transition due to the recent hurricaine.

If like city livin, rank MGH first. If you want small town life, Mayo or Wake Forest.

The editor of Anesthesiology is at WFU. They're no research slouch, but I agree, MGH would be the place to go on that list if you want a research-heavy place.
