I'm in the process of deciding which General Surgery programs to apply to in the upcoming months (being that my 3rd year just flew by like a speeding bullet). I would appreciate the help of anyone that can create a list of Upper tier programs and Middle tier programs in their own point of view. This might help myself and many others in my position to make a more informed decision about our chances. There was a previous post that touched on the High/Mid competitive programs, but that was some time ago, and almost impossible to find being that the Search engine is not intact yet.
