rapid review helpful?

Has anyone tried the rapid review question series? I have them and was wondering if its worth doing the questions. I have done some in pharm and micro....and they seem to be good. Just wondering if anyone found them helpful for the exam or am I just wasting my time?

I've been hitting them up ever since I finished most of Qbank. I like them... though the pharm questions are a little nitpicky.
