Looks very solid to me. The only nit I have to pick is that everything there is something that a large proportion of applicants also do. Try to think of something more original or that requires more initiative (start a medical club, write a text for high schoolers, etc.), as this will make you jump out more.

Also, I'd absolutely list music and soccer on your applications. Adcoms want balanced, interesting people, not academic robots.

I also think you'll look pretty solid assuming #8 is an activity where you are the leader of a group of people. Depending on what you do, and the time you spend with this, it could be fairly unique. Would you care to elaborate further?

Include the sport and music under hobbies. Both could be in the same space.
