Dat: taking soon. hopefully 20's or higher
extracirric: tons, president of orgs, voluntering, shadowing... over 300 hours extra cirric
research: one publication workin on another. reserch over year and half
Job: dental assistant over 3 yrs. worked with parents who are also dentists.

Your stats and resume are fine. Do well on the DAT and you will definitely get in somewhere. You can likely score as low as 18 on a few sections and still get in somewhere. Your resume should make up for any deficiencies in gpa
